2. What information we collect
When you buy from us, contact us, or agree to receive messages from us, we may collect:
- Your name and company name
- Your phone number and WhatsApp number
- Your email address and delivery address
- Your orders and quotations
- Messages you send us, including on WhatsApp, and any files or images you share
3. How we use WhatsApp
We use the official WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta to:
- Send you order updates, quotations and service messages
- Send offers and news about our products, only if you have agreed to receive them
- Reply to your questions
We record whether our messages were delivered and read, and keep your replies so our team can answer you.
4. How we use your information
We use your information only to:
- Process and deliver your orders
- Respond to your enquiries
- Send you information you asked for or agreed to receive
- Keep proper business and accounting records
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Who we share it with
We share your information only with:
- Meta (WhatsApp), to deliver WhatsApp messages
- Delivery and logistics partners, to deliver your orders
- Government authorities, when the law requires it
6. How we protect and keep your information
Your information is stored in our business system on secured servers, and only authorised staff can access it. We keep it while you are our customer and as long as UAE law requires for business and tax records.
7. Stop receiving messages
You can stop our promotional WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP. You will then receive no more marketing messages from us. You may still receive messages about orders you have placed.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct wrong information
- Delete your information
9. Data deletion
To ask for your data to be deleted, email info@velurfragrance.com with the subject "Delete my data". Include the phone number or email address you used with us.
We will delete your personal information and WhatsApp conversation history within 30 days and confirm by email. We may keep information we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
